From a young age I have been fascinated by Design - the craft but more so the discipline and process, the approach to making, changing and building.

Curious about the world, different cultures and how people relate and collaborate, I have come to explore the role of leadership in bringing about meaningful change. I now know that beneficial change that lasts is held by the people involved and requires their care. I am here to nurture more of this quality in the way we work.

As we find ourselves in an increasingly fast-changing world, I observe disbalanced social dynamics and unprecedented demands on how to communicate and connect with others. In this context I offer design-led and innovation-oriented facilitation to support the economic paradigm shift of your business in a relational way.

Because as some are busy keeping the machine running I care about nurturing collective meaning and economic sustainability. And maybe I can contribute to thriving, creatives futures along the way.
